The Information Desk Greeter will promptly greet people as they enter the main lobby doors and assist them as needed. This may include way finding, obtaining a patient room number for a visitor, assisting with a wheelchair, transferring telephone calls to patient rooms, escorting patients to their destination or offering a listening ear or kind words of reassurance. In many cases, this employee is the first person our patients and customers encounter, providing a moment of truth experience for our hospital.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge.
Customer services skills preferred. .
Starting Pay Rate:
7.88 – 8.97 per hour
