Peterson Regional Medical Center, a replacement facility for the former Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital, opened in April 2008. The new medical center anchors a campus that includes the Peterson Regional Ambulatory Care Center. The 52,000 ambulatory care center houses a compete range of outpatient services, including imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation and ambulatory surgery. The center also features infusion therapy services, a large indoor heated therapy pool and community conference center.
