Women's Services is a designated medical unit, exclusively committed to caring for women and their special needs. Our patients include women of all ages who require a hospital stay for procedures and treatment related to female care issues.
One area of Women's Services is called The Baby Place where little miracles are delivered daily. Connected to The Baby Place in an intermediate Level 2 Nursery so newborns can receive round-the-clock care and special monitoring for those who need a little extra help after delivery.
Women's Services also cares for women who have been admitted to Peterson Regional Medical Cener for issues including gynecological surgery, breast cancer treatments and a number of other female procedures. Our professional staff is experienced and trained in the care of women.
Each room is private and equipped with cable television, wireless internet access and in-room thermostats which allow individual temperature adjustement. Our goal is to make every woman's stay with us as relaxing and worry-free as possible. Learn more about Women's Services.
